  • All confirmed orders are processed within 24–48 business hours (excluding Sundays and public holidays).

  • Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email and/or SMS notification with the tracking details.


🚚 Shipping & Delivery Timelines

  • Metro Cities (Delhi, Mumbai, Bangalore, etc.): 3–5 business days

  • Tier 2 & Tier 3 Cities: 4–7 business days

  • Remote / Outlying Locations: 7–10 business days

Note: Delivery timelines may vary slightly due to courier delays, festivals, strikes, or unforeseen circumstances.

  • Free Shipping on all prepaid orders above β‚Ή999 (within India).

  • For orders below β‚Ή999, a flat shipping fee of β‚Ή49–₹79 (depending on pincode) will be charged.

  • Cash on Delivery (COD) orders may include an additional COD handling fee.

  • We currently ship across all major cities and towns in India.

  • If your pincode is not serviceable by our courier partners, our support team will contact you to arrange an alternative.

  • You can track your order anytime using the tracking link sent via email/SMS after dispatch.

  • For assistance, you can also contact our customer care team.


❗ Delayed or Failed Deliveries

  • If your package is delayed, lost, or returned due to an incorrect address or customer unavailability, reshipping charges may apply.

  • Nashedge will not be held responsible for delays caused by courier partners or natural calamities.
